The Natural Solutions Group (NSG) agrees to provide you with non-exclusive use of the Natural Solutions website, subject to the conditions of this Agreement.
The Natural Solutions (NS) site is a templated site. A templated site is actually a datafile of the site pages and a datafile of user information. When the URL is entered into a browser, the datafile displays the page and at the same time adds appropriate personal information all in real time. Thus, you are a user, not an owner of the NS website. The NS site may not be sold or moved to a server specified by the site user.
Cost: There is a one time $15.00 site setup fee plus $20.00 usage fee for the signup month. Orders after the 15th of the month are $15 setup fee and $10 usage fee. Thereafter the cost is $20.00 per month posted between the 1st and 5th of the month.
Should you wish to cancel use of the Natural Solutions website, please send an email to Lorelei at least 15 days before the effective date to avoid potential administrative charges.

The graphic design of the NS website is copyrighted by The Natural Solutions Group. Graphics and photos from the Simplexity website are used with the expressed permission of Simplexity . The non-Simplexity photos are used with permission or are licensed by the NSG and we ask that you do not "swipe" them. If there is a photo you would like to use for your Simplexity business please contact us.
The eLetters Autoresponder System may only be used for your Simplexity business related messages. Sending unsolicited emails, i.e. SPAM, will not be tolerated. All email addresses of private individuals in your eLetters Autoresponder system must be traceable to a request for information or be the email addresses of your downline members. You may use the eLetters Autoresponder to send intro and/or follow-up eLetters to businesses like spas, veterinarians, etc.
You may add leads purchased from approved lead gereration companies, who practice permission marketing, to your eLetters Autoresponder. Contact us for suggestions
The site user will keep their credit card information current. Changes in credit card type, card number or expiration date can be updated in the site Back Office: Accounts Info page.
The NS website and eLetters Autoresponder System may be inaccessible or inoperable for any reason, including, without limitation: (a) equipment malfunctions, (b) periodic maintenance procedures or repairs, (c) causes beyond the control of the hosting company and which are not reasonably foreseeable by the hosting company or the NSG (e.g. events of nature). In the event the NS site becomes temporarily unavailable we will notify you by email.
